Lucky Clucks Smallholding C.I.C is a community focused smallholding, offering hands on experiences with animals, nature and sustainable living. We provide goat walks, animal encounters, smallholding experiences while also providing student placements and volunteer programmes that help people build their skills, confidence and connection to nature.
As a C.I.C (community interest company) all profits support Torbay’s young and unpaid carers along with residents with mental health challenges as a result from isolation and loneliness

At Lucky Clucks Smallholding C.I.C, we turn special occasions into unforgettable farm-yard adventures. Set in a peaceful countryside setting, our parties offer a hands-on, outdoor experience that blends fun, learning, and the magic of meeting friendly animals.
What’s Included
Guided animal encounters – a chance to meet and handle our gentle chickens, geese, pig and goats, and other resident smallholding animals, learning about their care in a safe and supervised way.
Mini farmer activities – Try feeding time, grooming, collecting eggs, and helping with simple farm jobs—perfect for curious young minds.
Rustic party space – Enjoy access to our decorated outdoor area to enjoy some of the games, ideal for you to bring your food, and cake.
Crafts & nature play – Options include making animal-themed crafts, planting seeds to take home, bug hunts, or seasonal nature activities.
Photo opportunities – Capture adorable memories with our beautiful smallholding backdrop and friendly animals.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the friendly sights and sounds of our little farm. Guided by our knowledgeable keepers, you’ll spend your time getting up close with our cherished animals—meeting the chickens, collecting freshly laid eggs, feeding our friendly goats, grooming the smaller animals, and learning how each creature plays a part in smallholding life.
